People tend to cry more often when depressed. Having an unusual little cry or two to yourself is a sign of this. If it persists I would be looking to the "always kind" people in your life .. "a problem shared is a problem halved". Be looking to lift yourself by getting active, helping others, setting new goals, getting new skills and uncluttering your life. Celebrate those who have left your life after being good for you by a one or two page recollection of them. Then turn around to the 7,000,000,000 other people and socialise anew, carefully.
You are not alone. You should seek some free clinic counseling...or, if you drink or do drugs, that don't help. Of course the old joke is it won"t hurt either. Some would also say to grow up take a deep breath and hang in there. I haven"t been in a relationshipfor along time. yes it hurts but when you are on a fixed income,you cannot afford somethings. good luck!!!!!!!
