Tips for running?
I want to begin running to become more active. I haven't worked out in a really long time and I'm out of shape. when I run I can't catch my breathe and the back of my legs hurt till where I can't run any longer. I try my best to continue running but my chest and legs hurt; I don't have asthma. I'm not overweight it's that I haven't done any strenuous activity in a long time.
