Exercise. I know laziness is an issue for many, but lets face it! You feel better or good after a work out, not to mention seeing the progression in your strength and/or endurance. You can find different activities to do that are considered exercise and you have the option to switch it up everyday. Calorie counting is just a plain old struggle. Going through the hassle of searching all the nutritional stuff is depressing. Conquering laziness and having some fun is the way for me.
When i need to drop a couple of pounds, I will just give up bread, butter, and pasta, then just up the calorie burning. I don't do extreme dieting but find by just giving up a few items and walking a little more, the weight comes off.
