EXERCISE. It's the ONLY way to lose weight without injuring yourself and regaining the weight you lost back after a few months. Other than that, drinking only, and I mean only, water will help lose a lot of weight but for the first week or so it won't feel that way because your body retains more water and gains some water weight but you'll lose it in the long run. Fruits are great, but fiber is also important. If poop is, well, pooped out it won't be sitting in your body and being weight/fat. Fiber helps with that. Good luck!
eat small portions of food an exercise trust me it works. i've done this an lost major weight...just dont get too skinny. now i wish i had those extra lbs. i was a size 6 now im a size 2. but i still look good :)
