If you have any berries/ginger/garlic, have a bit to get rid of the fever quicker.
You can dice the ginger & garlic and stick in it a mug of warm water with loads of honey. Good stuff that is.
Stress: distracting yourself. Any form of stress in the world is best dealt with by distraction (or working through issues, but in the short-term, distraction is most effective).
