I'm 14 years old... I have started my period. but I am constantly having "Discharge" And it gets really annoying how can I prevent it ? help

You need to find a Gynecologist to go to. Get REAL info from your doctor. You should also ask them about birth control, and the responsibility of caring for your body and making sure that when you DO have relations you are protected.

well there's really no way to stop it. i hate it too but it's kind of like a.. "heads up, periods coming" kinda thing. i'm getting it now so i'm waiting for my period to kick in.
