How can I tone up my arms?

I'm a girl and I have no use of a gym or no time to go run, or swim. I'm trying to eat better, what excises can help me.. and only have weight that are 5 <don't make fun of me cuz of that> and I can't bye any weights

Weight and pushups. Boxing. Chin-ups.

A jog only has to take 30-60 mins in the morning- but it won't do anything for your arms unless you strap ankle weights to your wrists.
