Can you stop a text from being sent after pressing send on the iPhone?

Quickly hold top button and round button at bottom ... hold until apple comes on screen and reboots. Been there done that lol!

No, once the signal leaves your phone it is out into the world forever. Unlike email you can't unsend it once it is gone.
