How do I let go of Bitterness, Anger, and Jealousy?

I've made bad choices and angered many over the years. In doing so, people humiliated many publicly on many occasions (ex: making fun of me in a mass setting and revealing confidential information that I divulged to a 'counselor/therapist', although I can't prove it). So I tried to get back at them as well and made these situations worse. But then they turned around and tried to be supportive of me and tried to help me to improve my life. How do I let go and be sincerely grateful of their efforts?

First forgive yourself, then you can forgive the others. Write it all down and then read it, release it and forgive, and then burn it and
Let It Go......

Good advice. This has worked for many. Then focus on other (good or productive) things.

Try doing somthing new. Get involved in somthing! Somthing to get your mind off things that make you mad or jealous, or take a night to yourself and treat yourself.

Don't let it go entirely, that's what makes you...you. Just think that this is much better than it was.

Two wrongs never made a right. If you aren't the same person you used to be, only time will tell and show others that. Nothing you SAY will matter, because actions speak louder than words. First make sure you have made amends with those you have hurt, and be sincere. Let go of YOUR anger and bitterness of YOURSELF as well as others. You have to forgive, to be forgiven.

sometimes you just can't . a lot if people try to tell you otherwise. maybe it isn't healthy but you can't force your feelings.. I went to a therapist for a year and half for childhood issues . in the end I still never got over it and probably never will.

Sit down with them one on one and have a talk with them. Explain to them you acknowledge your bad choices you made in the past but you are trying to change your habits. If they are truly supportive of you they will understand and try to work with you. Also let them know it may not happen over night but if they have a problem with something you do then to come to you in private and you do the same. Most of the time when people see you genuinely trying to be a better person they cut you some slack. For yourself the best thing you can do is realize the truth and that is you can't change the past and be grateful some people care enough about you to still want to work on a relationship with you despite your past. Good luck and time will help you heal sometimes it takes longer but it can happen.

Do what I do when things go bad. Go work out. It is extremely stress relieving.
