I have a Hiatal hernia and after shoveling snow I am very tired and achy. Is this normal?

I don't think I have a cold. I don't have a sore throat.

It is normal to be achy and tired after shoveling snow because it is hard work and because you are doing it the cold you don't always realize how much effort you exerted. It has nothing to do with a hiatal hernia. Believe me, I have one and have shoveled snow.

Yes, you need to lie down and take it easy. A hot shower will help. Make sure to eat well and drink fluids too.

It's normal after shoveling snow. I doubt it has to do with the hiatal hernia.
