So like I'm pretty tall but I don't have a six-pack but I don't know if I am overweight or normal weight what do you think?

I'm 16, I weigh 190 pounds, and I'm 5/10

Dude, you have to do stuff like crutches or basically abdominal work outs To get a 6 pack. You don't just get it because of your weight or height. You actually need to do work outs to get it. If you want it so badly I suggest doing sit ups and do 10 of them but actually come up you'll feel a burning/pressure sensation in your stomach area and try and hold it for 30 seconds or if your a beginner do it for 20 seconds. Do it every day and each day do more sit ups. And jog everyday join a sports team. And you don't seem over weight. But honestly now a days people should be exercising more. And if you WANT a 6 pack join a gym or just do a bunch of sit ups. Yes I'm a girl and I got a light 4 pack and I do 150 sit ups everyday. The results are actually worth it. And it's good for you too. Ignore the fact that I'm a girl cause I actually help out a couple guys, and they're doing pretty good. :) good luck!
