When you are grieving does it help to listen to christian music? cause I'm still grieving. And everything i have done hasn't helped me any.

My dad passed away a year ago.,, and I'm having such a hard time,

What help me when I was in mourning was to write a letter to the person that passed away and tell them all the thing I should have said when the where alive then I took it tide it to a smooth stole and buried near the headstone
