How old does a gun have to be to be considered antique and not require a license to own?
Any firearm with a receiver actually made before Jan. 1, 1899 is legally "antique." and not considered a "firearm" under Federal law. http://www.empirearms.com/pre-1899.htm
It depends on experience. If the gun can boast the experience of having killed at least one person it is old enuff for anything even another killing
Before 1900 I think and does the parrot in your pic. talk? Lol :P
