This is the easiest cake ever; it is made in an ungreased 9X13 pan, baked at 350 for 40-45 minutes. 1 box angel food cake mix (not one with two packets inside) 1 large can crushed pineapple 1/2 cup shredded coconut mix all in a separate bowl, it will be frothy. Pour into baking pan; hit in counter 2-3 times to allow air to escape. It will rise and fall in oven, take out when edges are slightly browned and middle comes out clean in a toothpick test. Let cool 10-20 minutes and cut with a serrated knife. Sweet, needs no frosting. Never tried mixing halfs into round cake pans and using cool whip as a middle layer.
