Drink a lot of orange juice or green tea! Also whenever i get a cold i have a nice hot bath and just soak and sweat it out! I always feel better afterwards and make sure you're getting a good amount of sleep!
i would keep your feet warm and keep yourself wrapped in a blanket. wash your hands at all times. like more then you normally would. Just take the cold medicine. Choke down that soup, and just take it easy.
What can you catch, but cannot throw? A cold! So my answer to your question is to drink some Chinese bitter tea, drink coffee, wash your face with hand sanitizer (don't open your eyes, wash it like you do normally and then wash it with water), or take a hot shower and then warm up with a warm blanket!
It's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can cause an earache. The best way to blow your nose: Press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Wash your hands after blowing your nose.
Yeah. U could drink all kinds of medicine and get Plenty of rest! Do that! But my other though would Be get your body moving because a body at rest tend To stay at rest! Meaning exercise take vitamin c the fast Your body would want to fight off the cold. Faster Seriously ! An take Zinc vitamins
best way to treat yourself is donot think about it.. 1)have fun 2) go out more 3) eat more then cold would say "i think this person is already very cold blooded he donot have feelings for me".. and wallaaaah your cold is gone lol :)
The best advice I can give is to not take cold or cough meds unless you absolutely have to. The cold meds only help mask the symptoms, they don't actually make you better. Cough meds should only be taken when a physician tells you to take them because they stop your cough which is your body's natural defense mechanism against infections in your lungs. A good way to help yourself breathe better at night is to rub Vicks VapoRub on the bottom of your feet and wear socks. If you want a good recipe for a homemade homeopathic tea, get some ginger root and horseradish root and boil them in a pot of water or a tea kettle. Drink the "tea" with honey or lemon. This tea works for relieving the symptoms of respiratory illnesses and nausea/vomiting.
immunisation would be the ideal solution.however, because there are more than 200 different cold viruses it is impossible to produce a vaccine that would protect against all types.there are some agents, including the immune system messenger interferon, which stop viruses multiplying, but treatment with these can cause side effects that are worse than cold itself.new medications are currently being developed, but in order to succeed they will have to be inexpensive, and will need to cure the cold more quickly than it would cure itself by simply being allowed to run its course
DO NOT DRINK ORANGE JUICE WITH A COLD! It will make it worse. what helps is if you drink a nice warm cup of green tea There really is no cure for a cold but it will definitely help you it helps me a lot
Their is no cure for the common cold. Eating healthy, drinking fluids, proper sleep and taking your vitamins can strengthen your immune system but if you catch a cold, all you can do is keep eating well and getting rest. No magic pill or shot can get rid of it. So many myths out there.
