Bake That Cake. . . but.....

I want to bake a cake, but the ingredients call for three eggs, but I only have two. Will it takes any different. What can I do?

It will make a difference because in cake they don't usually have baking powder because they don't want to to rise like a cupcake would. Eggs make a huge difference because they still help the cake rise but not too high. If you have any, powdered egg whites have a chart on their back where you add water to the powder for an egg. If you don't have that, you will have to wait.

You could use 2 eggs and lessen all the other ingredients and the container size so you just have a smaller cake with the proportional correct ingredients
