Does someone run faster with a healthy meal, a junk food meal, or no meal
I threw up with some of my teamates at a lacrosse game because we got fast food right before a game. It didn't help it was 95 degrees out. Dont eat to much of anything before sports but if you do, healthy is the best.
Well, I know I feel like crap after eating junk food and I sure as heck don't want to run when I'm hungry.
a light snack full of protein
Healthy because it fuels your body and brain. Junk food makes you feel good for a second then you feel like crap. No meal makes you tired and woozy.
I'm a runner and its different for everyone but for most it's a healthy meal but for me personally it's no meal because if I eat anything at all I will get sick
A light carb meal. Like pasta
