My toes keep getting extremely cold. What does that mean

You could have poor blood circulation in your feet, which would cause them to be cold. If you are worried about it, you should talk with your doctor.

You might get more info from a doctor but as far as I remember correctly if your hands and your feet are always cold your blood is lacking a basic component. I am not a 100 % sure but I believe it's iron. It's Been a while since I have seen someone ask this so can't remember correctly but I would recommend a simple blood test to see what your blood lacks.

My sister in law has that problem and I cannot think of the specific name for it. You just might need to take iron or vitamin B6 or niacin. I would check with a natural food store and try that first. The solution might be as simple as that...

It means you have poor circulation. If you try walking a little bit it will help. Also try wearing loose socks.

It means you have poor blood circulation. There's a name for it, but I don't remember what it is. I have it as well. It will also make your toes feel numb. It does it to mine all the time & I'm a very hot natured person. I stay hot all the time, but my toes are often cold & numb, even when I'm sweating. You need to see a doc there are meds you can take to help. They are usually blood thinners. I'm on one cause I also have mitrovalve prolapse.

Try wearing cotton socks more often. Then check with your doctor.
There is helpful information even at the local library in your area.
