In a underground city what would be suitable clothes for the enviroment

It depends on what the artificially generated climate would be like. If it were mild or hot, just casual light clothing, as there is no need to protect yourself from the sun at all. In a colder on, thick clothes, as there is no need for wind breakers, or layers since there is no weather.
