How could life have formed independently on early earth if it was so chaotic?
I say this because even in the most perfect lab conditions scientists still cannot create even the most basic life forms chemically. How, then, could anything like that ever happen in nature? especially the early earth? There were monster tides, rapid fluctuations in temperature, and highly inhospitable environments (highly acidic water, etc). Also this information is based off of the estimated time that life was said to have evolved in the pre-cambrian period.
