breakfast on typical day: 1 packet of oatmeal 1 cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese Yogurt or apple sauce Orange Juice
typical lunch: Cheeseburger and fries OR A salad with chicken, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, chopped apple, corn and Ranch dressing
typical dinner: a side salad and a piece of white bread
typical snacks: Mid-afternoon: A brownie or a couple of cookies Nighttime: 1/2 a sleeve of Saltine crackers with 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter on each cracker
Try to drink most of your liquids (not soda!) between meals rather than with them. Drinking too much with meals can make you feel full faster, and you?ll eat less.Of course, don?t deprive yourself of beverages at mealtime so much that it?s uncomfortable. Just try not to drink more than you need.
