It could be at the time that you asked there was not someone online that knew the answer. You could try asking again. :)

I looked over the Razer FAQ and the headset they recommend is the new Razer Chimaera 5.1 Wireless Headset for Xbox 360. They also had this to say:

"We can't comment on compatibility with other 3rd party peripheral providers. The Razer Onza was designed to comply with the current generation MS headsets that come with current model Xbox 360 consoles. The controller has a standard 2.5mm jack. Products with side flap connectors will not fit."

Yeah after I read that last week, I went and bought a $20 headset from Xbox and it still doesn't work. That's why I thought I might ask on here and see if somebody knew but I guess not.

Aww sorry the headset doesn't work. :(

It looked like the Razer site had forums. They might be able to help. You are also welcome to ask again here if you would like. Evenings tend to be a bit busier and a lot of gamers do use the community.

I'm glad you are one of the few who do that. I've seen way too many people answer questions with "IDK" or "IDC" or "Why do you ask this".

I can only speak for myself. I didn't answer because I haven't a clue in this matter.
