Do apps show up on your bill?

I installed/downloaded a free "quit smoking" app on my husbands work phone. (I don't have a smartphone) Aside from actually looking at his phone, can his boss tell that I downloaded that app? He doesn't smoke and I don't want that to affect his insurance!!

If it's a free app, then there should not be any charges, but usually the app is paid for on the spot using a debit or credit card. That means you would not be billed at the end of the month.

Also, if you uninstall the app, and delete all the data that comes with it, there should be no way to tell that it was ever there.

No if it's free, but it does show if you paid money.
