If you fell in a hole and it kept going to the center of the Earth, how long would you fall until you get to the center?

You can't really go to the center of the Earth. The core is just as hot as the Sun so, we be melted until we reach the bottom of the mantle.

I know, this is a theoretical question.

I'd fall about 200 brain cells, and then have hit rock bottom.

So in answer. About 10 minutes.

Your pic made me lmao...
Probably you'd melt before you hit the bottom from all the volcano juice.

The information you need is,how fast an object falls in earths gravity , an the radius of the earth , them do the math.

Actually a much trickery question then it first appears. Even if you assume that you have a tunnel to the middle of the earth, and the tunnel does not melt from the heat/pressure, and the tunnel is a vacuum to take care of air resistance....etc....

You STILL have the problem that gravity decreases as you get closer to the earth core-- so you have a decreasing gravitational acceleration as you fall.

I can't think of any way to do this without using calculus -- and I can't even write the calculus equation with just text symbols.
