How long would it take?

how long would it take to lose 80 to 90 pounds? would losing a pound a day be good? if so how long would that take what foods should I cut out and what exercises would help me?and for how long should I do them

A pound a day is not a healthy way to lose weight, and is nearly impossible. Try cutting out a lot of junk food, drinking more water, eating more fruits and vegetables, and exercising more. More intense diets include going gluten free.

The time it takes to lose that weight varies based on work out routine. Losing a pound a day could be a good goal. Try staying a way from any food heavy in calories and sodium.

it would be good to consult a special weight-loss trainer, 80-90 pounds doesnt sound very healthy to loose in a matter of months

Stop eating everything that has sugar and/or grain in it. Eat as many veggies as you can and fruit...throw in some seeds and nuts here and there. Losing 1 lb per day would be okay in the beginning but you probably can not keep that up...1/2 lb per day is more likely. I know someone that lost 70 lbs and it took him 1 year....Good Luck :)

It's possible to lose a pound a day and to do it in a healthy way but it would require a will of iron and almost total focus on a healthy vegetarian diet and a strenuous regime of exercise. I would suggest an almost totally liquid diet of vegetable and fruit smoothies backed by a main meal of beans, seeds and lightly steamed vegetables.

You should plan on losing about 10 lbs a month, so you are looking at about 9 months to lose that much weight. Just cut your calories back and just move. walking for 30 minutes a day will be a good start on exercising. As you lose the weight and build stamina increase your speed so you cover more ground in the 30 minutes.

A pound a day is simply not realistic. You may drop the first few pounds of water quickly, but sustained weight loss is hard work. Figure more of 8 to 12 lbs per month, with 80+ in 12 to 18 months if you stick with it.

hmm a good way to lose weight is dancing so shake dat a55 and youll get skinny xD lol oh and eat your veggies :3
