What are some good exercises to do?

Swimming exercises all of your muscles and it is very fun. Walking and running are also very effective both outside and on a treadmill. Pull ups on a bar are also very good exercises.
What do you want to train/train for?
Always pushups for your muscles since and sit ups for your belly to lower and for you to have some Abbs!! and you could do it like in 8 minutes or 5 it's ur choice!;)
I run a few miles each day and it seems to be very helpful.
Planking and running. Boxing and wrestling are both extremly tiring and use lots of endurance
