Drink water. A lot of water. When you pee. It'll clear out all your toxins and hunger will no longer be an issue because you'll feel awesome.

Eat healthy and do exercise, if you do that, you can be full and not being fat

Eat lots of fibre and drink water with it! The best way to do this is with a cereal like fibre1 in the morning, then i eat a small lunch.

Do some exercises before lunch & dinner. For me, after I work out, the last thing I think about is food. & Drink lots of water.

Actually there's a little trick you can do.

Questioneer2 is half way there. Eat smaller portions so that you fool your brain that you're eating more. Then, when you finish the portion you intended to eat, walk away from the table. You may feel for a few minutes that you want more to eat but after a day or two you'll find that it no longer troubles you.

I once saw a guy at work doing mini push-ups, sitting in his chair at the lunch table with his hands on the table edge. When I asked what he was doing he said that a doctor on TV had said that the best exercise for weight loss was "pushing yourself away from the table". And, yes, it's a true story. The guy was pretty thick.

Eat small bowls of oatmeal, as the oatmeal goes into your stomach it expands, so if I eat a small bowl I get full a lot faster.
