Are you male or female? Girls tend to grow gradually starting at a certain age, and boys tend to have sudden growth spurts. Although both can start at a very young age, or very late. Some don't really hit their growth spurts until around 15. Just make sure to get plenty of calcium and you'll do fine.
Eat any vegetable / fruit that's green: spinach, peas, string beans, cabbage, cantaloupe, etc. its healthy, you'll have stronger immune system and a lot if vitamins and minerals; sleep is a factor and so is protein: Chicken, nuts, fish; if results dont show then its probably because of your genes, but even if it is a possibility, dont give up on your healthy eating :)
