I've had discharge for about a year now. When will I get my period?

my dr told me its normal to not have your period till 18 even if you have a discharge. I'm 16 and just barely started mine on christmas day

How old are you? I only got discharge for about 2 weeks before I started my period o_O

I'm sure you should be getting it soon. I got mine at 11. The average girl gets it at 12, so I'm sure you'll be getting it soon(:
