- White push ups (10) (put your leg out and stick it up in the air about an inch and do it back and forth)
-leg raises (10)
- scissors (10) (put you feet apart and raise about 2 inches and do it in scissoring motion
- bicycle (10) (put your feet up and imagine there are pedals and bike)
- rush twist (10) (cross your feet and join your hands and twist)

Things that contribute to weight gain are things like a lot of carbs, sugar or fats. Lower your intake of all of these and you should lose weight fast.
