Xanex, soma, etc.. A better idea is to stretch and then lay down and get comfortable and just think of something that pleases you, not sexul things though, as that might cause the opposite. The cool thing is that you will sometimes dream about what you were thinking.
first if you are hyper sometimes get some sugar and put it in your mouth then all your energy will be used and lowers down your energy and get sleepy (my grammar today sucks so if you know what i mean youll understand)
umm..... you could try, drinking warm milk or tea before bed then, you should put on low ballet music or if you can't fall asleep with noise, then try closing your eyes and try thinking (imagine) what's gonna happen in the dream. Hope this helps:-)
