How do i gain confidence?

im the type of girl who would rather sit in the back of the classroom than to sit in the front cuz im afraid of getting called on.. && i ALWAYS get nervous before doing a presentation lets just say i shake worse than a chihuaha!! i can talk to people face to face, if its not my crush, but i cant talk in front of a class without feeling anxious/judged/embarrased

Take baby steps u can start by raising your hand in class

oh my gosh i was like you but i use to be quiet and never talk in 7th grade (im in 8th now :) because i quite didnt knew anybody but once i made new friends in every class i had, i got used to raising my hand and reading a loud because most of them are my friends now so i dont get embarrass anymore. i suggest to make new friends in your class or start talking to them more so you know when you read a loud or do a prestiation you know some kids in your class are your friends and they wont judge you or make fun of you. hope this helps :)

everybody have low confidence once in their life. I think you should visit this site to boost your confidence step by step. No shortcut to get confidence... you need consistence, and this site will help you.
