Could I have an opinion about my workout? I want to know if anyway I can improve it. I would like any tips I can get thanks.
I have been working out for a few years and I work out mostly 6 days a week. 2 days running reverse sit-ups,bicycles, pull-ups, wide stance push-ups, and I do 2 other things I'm not sure what they're called, 2 days weights using dumbells for curling, anchor pulling, overheads and triceps workouts (sorry bad with names) calf raises, triangle push-ups, working my triceps to push me up off the ground, and I sit against a wall for awhile to strength my legs, the other 2 days pull-ups, sit-ups regular, reverse sit-ups, bicycles, "military" push-ups, 2 abb workouts I don't know the name of and on all these days I try to do splits for a half hour. Anything I can add?
