Because of the regularity it appears normal. If it bothers you, you could go and see your Doctor and advise you are having your period every 17 days, and ask to go on the Pill. The Pill is a great way to regulate your period, it is not only a form of birth control. All the best.

Yes, it is completely normal. Don't worry about it. Periods are often irregular.

you have any idea how fast periods can come, i am only 18 years old, and this my second time i got period so fast as 16 days?

No, I don't know the exact number if days of how fast periods will come. Periods are and will always be irregular. Usually periods will come within about 28-30 days(a month)apart of your last one. It is so common for a period to be irregular so don't worry so much, it's common for things like that to happen. If you have recently started you period then your periods will be more irregular.....until they start coming every month. Some women have there period for 17 days straight, some have there period every two months etc.
So dont be worried. This is common. :)

Yes, it is normal because periods are often irregular. You should consult with your doctor to find out the exact reason because irregular periods have a lot of possible causes. Find out more details here http://www.mayoclinic.org/medical-edge-newspaper-2011/sep-16a.html.
