FBI MoneyPak Computer Problem

I recently got a big FBI popup taking up my whole screen with now way to exit it. it says i have to pay the FBI $200 through a MoneyPak card for various "violations" listed as illegal copyright downloads, illegal porn downloads, or illegal gambling practices. I researched this issue and downloaded "Malewarebytes" to fix my computer, and after the scan and "fix" in safe-mode i restarted my computer in normal mode and i still get the FBI MoneyPak popup upon logging into my user account on my computer. Does anyone have any computer experience or experience with this issue that can help me out? thanks

I'm not sure, but the malware may have altered your registry settings. That can be a real pain to sort out. If you have the means, you may need to reimage your hard drive. However, that's an extreme solution to be used only if you can't find a simpler solution.

Contact the FBI and take the computer to them. They will be interested to know who is impersonating them, and glad to help in return for you exposing the impersonator to them.
