Is it legal to have to give a urine sample with someone watching if I was taken out of work due to social phobia and am now on SSD I?

But they don't acknowledge disabilities.

It is permissible for an employer to ask for a urine sample. You have the right to refuse to provide it if you are willing to accept the consequences which would most probably be suspension or termination.

It is not legal to have to give a urine sample with someone watching. You should file a complaint if your employer took you out of work due to social phobia. You can hire a lawyer to intervene for this act.

It is NOT illegal for an employer to observe while a urine sample is given. I sincerely doubt whether an employer would give "social phobia" or any other reason for the test. In all likely-hood the employer observed conduct leading them to believe drug use was probable.
