How do you get your Sim on the Sims 2 DS to stop walking funny?

I did the stupid task of Time- Traveling and now my Sim is walking kinda "sluggish". How do I get her to stop walking this way? I am using the Water gun to get around, but it is really annoying by going to the Pockets menu and getting out the Water gun for every place I need to go. Please help!

You can either continue using the water gun or the vacuum as it will help you walk normal. If your sanity is filled up, go into the freezer and punch the meat. The important thing is not to let their energy levels drop therefore eat, shower use the bathroom and sleep regularly.
