What if a seven year old takes vitamin c (the powder packets of vitamin c) which states that they are only for 14 and up

If 7 year old takes Vitamin C that is intended for a person of higher age, the child should be taken to a physician for check up. This is because an overdose of Vitamin C can cause acute right-side conjunctivitis which is triggered by the copper in the substance. An overdose of Vitamin C can also worsen the infection being treated.

i dont know the side effects, but if the packet says 14+ then you should apply to the rules. they wrote it for a reason, just like gta games are 18+ for a reason :P
