wish mode. as i don't have time to learn a new languge has anyone got a quick

fix

2 things if it happens again Cro. Hold the 'down volume' button and the 'power' button at the same time for about 20 seconds. This will exit the app and restart the operating system. Another way is to eject the battery and re-install it. This method is less favored since there is a small risk of damage to the phone from static.
