The presidents that have completely changed life and are highly respected are the ones that have been and should have the honor to be placed on any form of money. I don't have anything against Obama, but he hasn't made any big moves to improve anything. The presidents on money improved life.
There is no reason to remove Washington from his position in the dollar bill. This does bring up the question of how to recognize former presidents. Traditionally, the Navy names Carriers after presidents; often, buildings are named after them, as well as programs. Considering Obama's signature achievement is Obamacare, I suggest naming hospitals after him. As soon as Carter, Reagan, Clinton, Bush (x2) have a denomination of dollar bill or coin, we can then address what is fitting for BHO. Otherwise, it's buildings.
1st black African American to be president, makes sense other than the fact that he is not the first president. he inherited a mess. everyone blames him for the problem. there's only one way to solve debt problem. when I was raising a family we tried cutting spending when we had problems, but you can only cut so much, and it was not enough. I found the only way was to increase income. like it or not raising taxes is his only solution.

No, but should there be a dollar bill? Cost more to upkeep the dollar bill than its worth. They've minted millions of $ coins but looks like public won't use them or they aren't trying very hard. Wonder why?
