I don't drink enough water. I know it for a fact. What are drinks(aside from plain water) I can have on a daily basis, that will hydrate me?
I like Arizona tea, but it's very sugary, and I don't need extra sugar. what are good types of juices, or sports drinks etc that don't add a lot of calories, and will give me the same hydration as water, if not more. what are some foods with a high water content?
