What were Jesus's last words?

The book of John says it was "It is finished."
The book of Luke says it was "Father, unto thy hands I commend my spirit."
The book of Matthew says it was "Eli, eli, lama samabachthani."
Why is the Bible so full of contradictions?

What are the last words of Jesus?
.
Matthew 27:46; Mark 15:34; Luke 23:46; John 19:30
.
A simple arrangement of the various gospel texts on the Crucifixion Chronology page (link below) shows that the last thing Jesus said was "Father, into Thy hands I commit My spirit," (Luke 23:46) which also states that He breathed his last after saying that.
.
1. (Matthew 27:46) - "And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?" that is, "My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?"
2. (Mark 15:34) - "And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?" which is translated, "My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?"
3. (Luke 23:46) - "And Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, "Father, into Thy hands I commit My spirit." And having said this, He breathed His last."
4. (John 19:30) - "When Jesus therefore had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And He bowed His head, and gave up His spirit."

How can three different things all be the last thing he said?

The differences between the gospel accounts are most probably due to dialect. For instance, Matthew's version seems to have been more influenced by Hebrew, whereas Mark's is perhaps more colloquial.

Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." When he had said this, he breathed his last at least I think it is.

The Bible is full of contradictions because it is a book written by man. It has also been re written by man a number of times... During the re writings, translations were done in error. During the re writings things were omitted/changed because of the religious teachings of the day. There is a book on the market called "Misquoting Jesus" It might help you to understand it a little better.

Whatever they were, they were in Aramaic, a long defunct language. So, probably, no one will ever know, considering translation errors from a dead language.

If I was to ask you what did Barrack Obama say during his inauguration, would it be word for word with another's recall of what was said? No, I think you may be confusing contradiction with perspection. Just as your perspective would play a vital role, so would the others; and we are willing to accept this for the recall of President Obama's speech, why would we treat the writers of the Gospel any different. But, if you have already decided that this is unacceptable, I wish the best of luck, as you will dislike the study of any historical figure. Good luck and God bless.

Those weren't his last words anyway. After his resurrection he taught & preached for 40 days.
So his actual last words were about the coming of the Holy Spirit.

"O god! O god! Why hast thou forsaken me"? Imagine a "supposed god" acting so feeble in the presence of danger?
