Has anyone tried rapidloss shakes and if yes tell me how many a day you took. How much you lossed in 1 week and what you ate different?

Rapidloss is the word for your wallet.
You can get the same effect by not eating any wheat products AT ALL for a week and keep up the beans, nuts, eggs, meat, cheese, dairy, fruit, veg and water. Then 5 x 30mins of good paced walking in those 7 days.
