How do I get my sleeping pattern back? and how do I stay up in class today?!
winter break ruined me. I'm so use to sleeping at 6am and waking up at 3pm and I haven't slept at all today I have to get ready for school and I have no idea how I'm gonna pull that off what'll keep me awake in school? and how do I slowly go back to sleeping at 8pm to 5:40am ?
