Can I write a complaint letter to the board of education based on an account of my principle being unprofessional and acting bizzare

they are unprofessional, they laughed at me. the matter was taken in a joking manner at best an seemed too apparent to me that my principle was receiving an emotional high from my punishment.

Go ahead, but remember if you can't back up your complaint, they'll always believe the one the hired to oversee the school. It probably may be more trouble than it's worth. Try recording him/her the next time using your phone. Don't embelish, just act as you always do. If the principal is really mocking you, he/she will do it again. Then nail tha rat B@$tard to the wall!

You can write the complaint letter as long as you have the evidence that the principal is unprofessional and is acting bizarre. It is, however, advisable to inquire on other people's views about the principals character before writing the letter.
