Bad idea....If you want to lose weight, 6 small healthy" meals" is the way to go..With one regular meal.Cereal for breakfast.Your regular meal being lunch.Late meals are bad Food like juice and yogurt, 2 hours later healthy snacks like popcorn, cheese or a fruit. Soup and 1/2 sandwich for lunch. Salad for supper. Drink lots of water.Exercise also. One big meal will stretch your stomach and leave you hungry later, causing you to grab whatever you can fit into your mouth..Hope this helps..
