I need to go to sleep early tonight, any tips to help me get asleep?

I've been staying up until 2, 3, 4 o'clock in the morning the past few days and tomorrow I have to wake up at 5 in the morning for school, any ideas to help me fall asleep fast and early tonight?

Plan what time you would like to be asleep. Allow time for a warm shower or bath, grab a book and some hot tea, and then go to bed to unwind. Think about anything stressful and release it.....by prayer or thought.....it will be there tomorrow. The key is to allow enough time for each part and be able to be finished by the time you want to be asleep.

I've heard it helps to think of each part of your body relaxing. For example, start with your fingers and think about how they are relaxed. Continue until you are asleep or you've relaxed your entire body. I don't know if it would work, but it's worth a try!

I go for most days, doesn't really help much. My sleeping schedule is all messed up from doing this for the past week...

Melatonin. It's herbal, over the counter. Your body naturally makes it to help you sleep. Sleep is the first thing I loose when i get stressed, works great.
