Is there any way you could speed up your menstrual period while you have it?

With age you will see a gradual decline in the length and volume of your menstrual periods. Birth control pills often create the same effect -- lighter flow of shorter duration -- and may be prescribed for females with excessively heavy periods, whether or not they are sexually active. The IUD, although producing heavier periods for a few months, may eventually cause a significant decrease in menstruation length and volume. Anecdotal reports suggest orgasms may speed passage of menstrual flow due to uterine contractions.

Not that I know of but you can get on one of the birth control pills that shortens it.

No. Genetics and your body chemistry dictate that. There is nothing you can do.

If that was in your control, billions of women worldwide would make them shorter
