Olive oil with mayonnaise and put it in your hair for at least 30 min. - 1 hour once or twice a week.. Take some hair, skin, and nail vitamins too they defiantly help! Dont use heat appliances a lot either
I heard it depends on your hair type. some suggestions only put conditioner on the length of your hair not on the scalpbecause it clogs the pores. trim your hair every 6 to 8 weeks to minimize split ends and breakage. I have thick, dry hair so I only wash it every other day to allow natural hair oil to work. hair is most vulnerable to damage when its wet so use the wide tooth comb and don't pull it'll break the hair. avoid blow drying if you can. if you must use straighteners or curling irons make sure to use a good heat protectant. do hair mask once a week.
