What should I do about my wrist? It hurts off and on and it hurts mainly when I write and lift stuff. Some days it's worse than others.
If you are on the computer a lot or you do like tumbling a lot, or your wrist just hurts then it could be arthritis, or carpal tunnel. If it just hurts then elevate it above your head like when you lay down then ice it.
if it does it alot than go to a doctor or wear a brace
